Minnie M. Wiggin

She will forever be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and friend to everyone she met.

Minnie was born on April 10, 1926 in Edgerton, KS., to Samuel Peter and Stella Theresa (Sheava) Sharon. She attended and graduated from Gardner High School. She married Oren H. Wiggin on August 25, 1947. Minnie worked in the home raising her children and her favorite pass time was spending time with her grandchildren. She always found the time to work on her crafts. She could create something out of everything she touched.

Minnie is preceded in death by her parents, husband Oren who passed away in 2002 and her son Ronald who passed away in 1994. She is survived by her three children, Sharon Fink and her husband Allen of Prescott, Kansas, Diana Hall and her husband Greg of Olathe, Kansas and Dennis Wiggin and his wife Donna Of Olathe, Kansas.

Left behind to cherish her memory are her ten grandchildren: Dennise Morse, Daniel Fink (Heather), Dawn Pearson (Brent), Doug Fink (Nicole), Darrell Fink (Kimmie), Ryan Hall, Eric Hall (Liz), Darrin Wiggin (Annie), Darby Neuman (Josh), Stacey Stroble (Troy) and thirteen great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Friday, January 2, 2015 at the McGilley & Frye Funeral Home 105 E. Loula St. Olathe, KS. Burial will be held in Oak Lawn Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 12:00-1:00 p.m. Friday at the funeral home prior to the service.
