Steven Robert Harper

Steven Robert Harper, a beloved and cherished individual, passed away on February 19, 2026, at the age of 64. Born on September 19, 1961, Steven was a brave and resilient person who was known for his hard-working nature.

Steven graduated from the Kansas School for the Deaf in 1980, marking the beginning of a life dedicated to perseverance and achievement. His career included working for a printer company and part-time at Domino's, where he was respected for his diligence and dedication.

He is survived by his loving wife, Brenda Harper of Olathe, KS, and his children: Elizabeth Harper (Noah Gibson), Michael Harper, Brett Schultz (Jessica Schultz), and Brooke Harper (Derek Frank). Steven was a proud grandfather to Austin, Nash, Isaac, Memphis, Leo, Lex, Lila, Lily, Tywin, Daniel, Theodore, and Maisie.

Steven also leaves behind his sister, Debbie Sleezer (John); her children, Sarah Brown (Nick) and David Sleezer (Jessica) and their grandchildren: Damian, Eleanor, Esther, Everett and Olivia.

His extended family includes his brothers-in-law, Michael Schultz (Crystal) and Brian Schultz (Dorene); their children, Alyssa (Phil), Ryan (Lindsey), Courtney (Jarod), Dylan, Brandon, Dorinda, and Brendan; and their grandchildren Devin, Malcolm, Madelyn, Billie, and Crew.

He is also remembered by his parents, Donna and Robert Harper, and his parents-in-law, Eugene and Susan Schultz. He was preceded in death by Eugene's first wife, Nancy Schultz.

Serving as pallbearers will be Brett Schultz, Michael Harper, Derek Frank, John Sleezer, Michael Schultz, and Brian Schultz.

Steven Robert Harper will be deeply missed by all who knew him and cherished his presence in their lives.
