Donna M. Sherman

Donna M. Sherman, 44, of Old Bridge, passed away on Sunday, Aug. 7, 2011 at Bayshore Community Hospital, Holmdel. Born in Newark, Donna was a lifelong resident of Old Bridge. She loved her family, and loved to go shopping.

Donna was predeceased by her father, Joseph Sherman; stepfather, David Murphy; brother, Norman Sherman; and sister Elizabeth Sherman. She is survived by her mother, Bernadine Murphy, of Old Bridge; and her siblings, Joseph Sherman Jr., of Keansburg, William Sherman, of Keansburg, Nancy Pump, of Stockton, and Anthony Sherman, of Port Monmouth.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 Rt. 9, Old Bridge. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Thursday, Aug. 11 at 10am from St. Ambrose Church, 96 Throckmorthon Lane, Old Bridge. Interment will follow to St. Gertrude's Cemetery, Colonia, NJ.
