

Joseph Ross LaTorraca, 84, of Old Bridge, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick. He was a plant manager for several printing companies, more recently of DePalma Printing retiring in 1991. He would travel internationally mostly to Germany to purchase the latest in printing presses. He loved to spend time building model airplanes, working on cars, but mostly spending time with his family. He was a devout Catholic who attended mass regularly. Joseph was a veteran of the US Army having served during WW II. Born in Newark, he has resided in Old Bridge for over 58 years.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Dolores nee DelSantro LaTorraca, and his children, Joseph & his wife Sue, of Old Bridge; Richard & his partner Billy Oriole, of Morganville; Carlo & Dianna of Toms River; Noreen & Manny Pereira of Millstone; & his brother Carlo LaTorraca Jr.
Joseph is also survived by his grandsons, Joseph LaTorraca, Michael Rigler, Nicholas Pereira, Anthony LaTorraca, and his granddaughters, Nora Ann LaTorraca, and Angela & Olivia Pereira, and 1 great granddaughter Stephanie Rigler.
