Linda S. Gennari

Linda S. Gennari, 62,of Old Bridge, NJ, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2011 at home. Born in Brooklyn, NY, Linda lived in Old Bridge, Manalapan, and East Brunswick, before moving back to Old Bridge 6 years ago. She was a registered nurse for Medicor in Somerset, NJ. She loved to travel, cook, and spend time with family. She was predeceased by her parents, her mother, Edith Cassandra, and her father, Mariano LaTorre. She is survived by her son and daughter in law, Andrew & Jacqueline Auletti; her daughter and son in law, Christine & Jason Starr; her son, Matthew Sellitti; her granddaughter, Ava Auletti; her brothers, Frank LaTorre & Michael LaTorre; and her fiance', Joseph Barone. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2011 from 7-9pm and on Wednesday, November 30, 2011 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 Rt. 9, Old Bridge, NJ. A Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Thursday, December 1, 2011 at 9 am at St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Old Bridge. Interment will follow to Resurrection Cemetery, Staten Island, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Linda can be made to the American Cancer Society.
