Marilyn J. Berger

Marilyn Joan Berger, 51, of Surf City, NC., passed away peacefully on Monday at Jersey Shore Medical Center, Neptune. She was a self employed medical transcriber for many years. Born in Jersey City, she resided in Old Bridge and in Howell for 10 years before moving to North Carolina in 1992. Marilyn is survived by her parents, Richard & Claire Ramsay, her husband, John Berger, her sons John & his wife, Lindsay, Kevin, and Kyle; her brother, Richard, and her sister, Gloria. Friends may call on Thursday, April 12, from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Michael Hegarty Funeral Home, 3377 US Hwy 9, Old Bridge. A Funeral Liturgy will be offered on Friday, April 13 at 10am from St Ambrose RC Church, Throckmorton Lane, Old Bridge. Committal will follow at the Brig. Gen. Wm. C.
