Welch, Avery Swack age 16 of Mount Juliet, TN passed away June 20, 2014. Preceded in death by his grandfather, James O. Swack. He is survived by his father, Andy Welch and mother and step-father, Leanne and Rich Talley; brother, Zoey Welch; grandparents, Butch and Carol Welch, Janice J. Bohannon and Joyce Ann Fowler; aunts and uncles, Tracy Swack, Woody and Jessica Welch, Whitney and Trey Guy, Rob and Cathy Talley and Reene Talley; cousins, Reed Cass, Logan Cass, Parker Welch, Davis Welch, Ellis Welch, Riley Guy, Sara Talley, Hunter Talley and Kelsie Lowe; great-grandmothers, Ruby Culver and Mary Ann Clift; numerous other family members. A visitation will be held at Hermitage Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 24, 2014 from 4pm until 8pm. A private memorial service will be held for the family.
