Mrs.Betty J. Hughes age 81 went to be with the Lord on August 15, 2013. Preceded in death by parents, Monroe & Aulty Marrs. Survived by loving husband of 59 years James C Hughes; daughters, Dianne (Jerome) Davis & Pam Arvin; grandchildren, Jode Hensley, Eela Arvin, James Arvin; great grandchildren, Orion Hensley, Sonny Jax Hensley; sisters, Patsy(Kent) Phebus, LaFonda (Kenneth) Smiley; brothers, Randall Marrs, Joel Marrs, Terry (Ann) Marrs & Sammy (Carolyn) Marrs. Betty was a member of Glenwood Baptist Church. Betty was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend she will truly be missed by all. Funeral Services Monday, August 19th 2pm with Dr Carl Hoffman officiating. Visitation with family Sunday, August 18th 4 pm until 8pm and 2 hours prior to the service on Monday at Hermitage Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made in Betty’s honor to Contingency fund at Glenwood Baptist Church.
