Billy was an important part of our men's group at His Foundation Fellowship.  He would often take a bus just to come.  He had a very good knowledge of the scriptures, could quote several verses, had a wry sense of humor, encouraged others, and was never shy in sharing about the Lord. We will miss you, Billy.
