Christopher Ferris, age 26, passed away January 31, 2016. Preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Jerry England and cousin, Taelor Hasty. He is survived by his parents, Scott and Terri Ferris; maternal grandmother, Dorothy England; DongQing Xie of Mt. Christopher graduated from McGavock High School in 2008 where he loved playing baseball. He was an avid LSU fan and was employed by Pine Industries. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted 2 pm Friday, February 5, 2016 in Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Ron Ham officiating.
