SILCHUK, David Wayne, age 51, passed away Saturday, July 20, 2013. Survived by his parents, Eugene and Sue Silchuk; brothers, Donald (C.C.), Arnold (Priscilla) and Alan Silchuk; special friend, Cheryl Wunderlin; nephews, Matthew, Zachary and Alec Silchuk. David was a graduate of DuPont High School. He was a former member of Two Rivers Baptist Church and worked for Nashville Custom Woodwork. Funeral services will be conducted 10 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2013 in Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel with Neal Buchanan officiating. Interment will follow at 11:30 in Mount Olivet Cemetery. Robbie Barnhart, Richard Keen, Mike Hlad, Greg Brown, Zachary Silchuk and Matthew Silchuk will serve as Active Pallbearers. Brothers, Arnold, Donald and Alan will serve as Honorary Pallbearers. Visitation with the family 4 – 8 p.m. Tuesday and 9 – 10 a.m. Wednesday.
