RUSSELL, Douglas L., age 70 of Old Hickory, passed away Thursday, October 14, 2010. Survived by his wife of 48 years, Margie Russell; daughters, Kim (John) Holt and Lorrie Russell; grandchildren, Tyler, Sabrina, Miranda and Lindsey Holt and Allison Henderson; sisters, Olene Gilpatrick, Juanita Tomlinson and Pauline Grisham. Mr. Russell was retired from Harold W. Moore & Sons with over 40 years of service. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 18, 2010 in Hermitage Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Paul Ward officiating. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers. Visitation with the family 2:00– 6:00 p.m. Sunday and 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Monday. Condolences may be offered at www.hermitagefh.com.
