

Jean Worsham Weaver, of Hermitage, Tennessee, died Saturday, August 23, 2025 after a brief battle with Alzheimer's Disease. She was born in Pulaski, Tennessee on September 5, 1940 to the late, Meacham and Francis Worsham.
Jean is survived by her devoted son and only child, Randy Weaver (Deana) of Mount Juliet, Tennessee, and one sister, Sue Vaughn of Hermitage, Tennessee; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nephews and nieces. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by her husband of forty-two years, L. C. Weaver, as well as her two brothers, Lester and Eddie Worship, and her sister, Linda Worsham.
Jean retired from the Tennessee Department of Transportation in 2015 after fifty-six years of service. She loved Elvis Presley, the Tennessee Volunteers, and her family and friends. She will be remembered for her unselfish and loving ways, always looking out for others.
There will be a Gathering of Family & Friends for Jean on Tuesday, August 26, 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, August 27, 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Hermitage Funeral Home. A Celebration of Jean's Life will begin on Wednesday at 12:00 PM with Pastor Jimmy Hendricks officiating. Paul Stinson, Brad Martin, Anthony Cunningham, Blake Suttles,Christopher Vaughn, and Aiden Weaver will serve as Pallbearers. Following the service, Jean will be laid to rest in the Garden of Peace at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
