Jerry Leon Fraley Sr.

He was born on October 12, 1940, in Collinwood, Tennessee, the son of the late Tom and Jimmie Della White Fraley. He was a retired foreman for IKG Steel Manufacturing Company. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing and was an avid UT sports fan. Mr. Fraley cherished his grandchildren more than anything.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Patsy Fraley, one infant daughter, Karen Sue Fraley and two siblings, Magdalene Fraley Roberts and James Fraley.

He is survived by his second wife, Gwendolyn Jones Fraley; two sons, Jerry Fraley Jr and his wife, Jennifer, and Patrick Fraley and his wife, Penny; three grandsons, Jordan Fraley, Blake Fraley and Drew Fraley; one sister, Margaret Nelson, and a host of other relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, April 30, 2016 from four o'clock in the afternoon until eight o'clock in the evening, and also on Sunday, May 1, 2016 an hour prior to the service.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Sunday, May 1, 2016 at the funeral home at three o'clock in the afternoon with Pastor Larry Dearth officiating.

Entombment will follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
