Margaret Mae Spencer, age 89 of Lebanon, TN passed away February 24, 2017. She is survived by her husband of 71 years, Charles Eugene Spencer; sons, Steve Spencer (Cherry) and Dr. Richard Spencer; grandchildren, Drs. Charles Spencer (Katie), Stephanie Conway (Wade), Amanda Tidwell (Robert) and Wesley Spencer (Brittany); great-grandchildren, Nora Kate Spencer, Tillman Spencer, Aiden Conway, Aubrey Conway and Olivia Tidwell; brother, Harold Wright (Carol).
Margaret retired from working at The Hermitage, Home of Andrew Jackson, after working several years as a tour guide and wedding planner.
A Celebration of Life service will be conducted 1:00 pm Monday, February 27, 2018 at Hermitage Funeral Home with Rev. Dean Wright officiating. Interment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 am till 1:00 pm Monday at the funeral home.
