Evelyn loved life, and she adored her six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She attended Tulip Grove Baptist Church and cherished her friendships with her fellow church members.
She retired from the Metro Property Assessor after 33 years of service.
Evelyn leaves to cherish her memory, sons, Dan ( Terri) Kinkade and Scott (Vicki) Kinkade; grandchildren, Chandin (Jason) Kinkade Fick, Conner Kinkade, Jeff Kinkade, Daniel (Emily) Kinkade, Stephen (Carrie) Kinkade, and Spencer (Ivy) Kinkade; great-grandchildren, Madelyn Kinkade and Caleb Kinkade and sisters, Gayle Minchey, Lois Sexton, and Patsy Murray.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Reding, sister, Carol Reding, and grandson, John Kinkade.
A Gathering of Family and Friends will be held Thursday, January 3, 2019 from 5 until 8pm at Hermitage Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, January 4, 2019 at 11:00am at Hermitage Funeral Home, with visitation one hour prior.
Entombment will be held immediately following service at Hermitage Memorial Gardens.
