Richard William Baker, 83 of Old Hickory, TN passed away on February 4, 2021. He was born in Chicago, IL and moved with his parents William J. and Carol A. Schubert Baker to California as a child. He was a Battalion Chief for the City of Los Angeles Fire Department. He is predeceased by his sister as a child Gail Baker. He is survived by his wife of 48 years Ada Victoria Baker, his children Bonnie Eckert, Betsy Spearman and Richard William Baker Jr. and his grandchildren Andrew Eckert, Ian Spearman, Tess Eckert, Sydney Spearman and Richard William Baker III. Private services will be held at a later date.
