Richard W Kaniewski

Richard William Kaniewski, age 73 of Nashville, passed away July 16, 2015. He is preceded in death by his wife, Reba Kaniewski and his parents, Joseph & Josephine Kaniewski. He is survived by daughters, Susan Ann Sutton and Betty Jean Bell; sons, Bill Cantrell and Ricky Cantrell (Debbie); granddaughters, Becky Sutton Hoover (Gardner), Christy Waller (Jay), Lisa Sutton Neabors (Steve), Lynn Willhoit (Louie), Dana Cantrell (Richard Thomas), Lori Addison (Collins) and Layla Woodard; great-granddaughters, Maddie Willhoit and Mia Willhoit; great-grandsons, Cole Addison, Blayton Addison, Dylan Cantrell, Sam Waller, Bryson Jones, Jeremy Adcock and Hunter Adcock; sisters, Eleanor Deering and Adrine Rudolph (Dean); brother, Joseph Kaniewski (Vickie); many nieces and nephews.

Mr. Kaniewski was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and was a member of Lakewood Baptist Church. He was also a Manson and a Shriner. He retired from Ajax Turner Company.

Funeral service will be 12:00 pm Monday, July 20, 2015 at Hermitage Funeral Home with Bro. Jerry Fraze officiating. Entombment will follow in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Serving as active pallbearers will be Jeremy Adcock, Hunter Adcock, Jay Waller, Ramel Bailey, Tony King and Collins Addison. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm till 8:00 pm Sunday, July 19, 2015 and from 10:00 am till time of service on Monday at Hermitage Funeral Home, 535 Shute Lane, Old Hickory, TN.
