Shirley was born in Erie, PA and moved to Melbourne FL in 1968, and later on the Watertown, TN to live with her daughters.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Watts and son Terry Watts. She is survived by son Robbie Watts (Jeri), Melody Turner (Terry) and Debbie Baumann (Joe), seven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and one great, great grandchild. Shirley was the last surviving graduate of her high school class. She enjoyed gardening during her retired years. She will be sadly missed by her family but they feel blessed she is reunited with their father.
