Vincent Paul Kirchdoerffer

A resident of Lebanon, Tennessee, Vincent was born in Lyndhurst NJ to parents August and Lillian (Kraft) Kirchdoerffer.

Vincent began a lifelong career with “the phone company” after attending the University of Alabama and serving in the US army while stationed at Fort Monmouth NJ. He then completed his BS at Seton Hall University and later his MBA at Fairleigh Dickinson University.

Vincent raised his family in Hazlet NJ while beginning a career as the Quality Assurance manager at Western Electric, Kearny, New Jersey.

In retirement Vincent and his wife Thelma set out in an RV camper to visit every state in the US. They came pretty close and then set out to explore Europe. They then relocated to Lebanon TN.

In later years Vincent enjoyed many days at home enjoying his passion for sports especially college football.

He is survived by his three children Lynne, Mary Alice and Vincent and Thelma's children Marsha Grigoli and Larry Horner and their families, and Sasha and David Horner. He was predeceased by his first wife Alice (1969) and his second wife Thelma (2003) , stepson David Horner, daughter in law, Thea Starr as

well as his siblings, Elise, Eugene and Kenneth.

He will be missed. There will be a memorial at a later date in New Jersey.
