Black, Virginia Martin age 79 of Madison, TN passed away April 20, 2014. A member of Old Hickory Church of the Nazarene and a retiree of Dupont/Reemay. Preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Beulah Ivory of Old Hickory, TN; son, Allen Black. Survived by her husband of 45 years, Terry Black; grandson, Dustin Sanker; brother-in-law, Don Adkins (Judy); sisters-in-law, Beth Wakefield, Gayle Sanders (Dave), Marie Randolph (Larry) and JoAnne Black; nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews. A Funeral service will be held 12 pm Wednesday April 23, 2014 at the Hermitage Funeral Home with Rev. Tony Sparrow officiating. Burial will follow in the Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation with the family will be today from 4pm until 8pm and 1 hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Old Hickory Church of the Nazarene.
