Virginia Rhea Howard, age 93 of Lynchburg,TN passed away on January 30, 2021. She was born in Lebanon, TN and has been a life long resident of the mid state area. She was the daughter of Oscar and Jenny Belcher who preceded her in death. She was preceded in death by her husband of over 50 yrs, Colburn, son Colburn Jr. "Karl" and brother Perry Belcher. She is survived by her children Sherry (Ronald) Banks, Stephen (Jewell) Howard, Terry (Phil) Bryant, Brother Sam (Betty) Belcher, sister Nina Morris, grandchildren Paige (Stephen) Jones, Shannon (Eugene) Harwell, Dana Howard, Elisha (Jason) Hill, Scott (Donna) Howard, Amie (Jerrell) Kirby and great grandchildren, Kaitlin (Adam) Crabb,Tayler Montgomery, Colburn (Colbey) Montgomery, Cooper Jones, Holli (Casey) Knox, Amber (Jordon) Hudson, Conner Hill and Kypton Hill, Karla Kirby, Retta Kirby, Porter Kirby, great-great grandchildren Ethan Sanders, Grayson Crabb, Holder Hudson, Ellery Jean Hudson and several nieces and nephews. There will be a graveside service on Thursday February 4 at 2 pm in the Wilson County Memorial Park 618 S. Maple Street, Lebanon, TN 37087.
