Walter was born on November 23, 1944 in New Castle, PA, the son of Tom and Hazel Campbell Webber.
He married Sylvia L. Fisher in Nashville in 1983.
Surviving is his wife, Sylvia; children, Arnie (Mary)Powell of Murfreesboro ,Reno (Dawn) Powell of Nisswa, MN, Shawn (Stan) Law of Edmond, OK and Lowrie (Emily) Webber of Brentwood; TN; grandchildren, Nikita (Justin) Fox, Chelsea Powell, Aaron Powell, Kaylyn Collett, Michelle (Dan) Ranum, Jack (Noelle) Law, Sarah (Brandon) Rodriguez, Olivia Webber, and Grant Webber; great-grandchildren, Axel and Millie Fox, Jamison and Haley Collett, and Lizzy and Paisley Ranum; sister-in-law, Anne Webber; and nephews, Matthew and Andrew Webber.
Preceding Walter in death are his parents; and brother, Tom Webber.
Walter was a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University, where he received his bachelors in general Business. He later went on to work for Western Express Trucking from 1999-2014.
