DORRIS, Will Roger – Age: 74 of Old Hickory, TN., March 19, 2010. Roger was a member of Tulip Grove Baptist Church and Gideon’s International. He retired from J.F.G. Coffee after 32 years of service. Preceded in death by son, Roger Dale Dorris; two sisters, Elizabeth & Dora. Survived by wife, Gloria Phipps Dorris; sons, Wayne (Kitty) Dorris, Jason Dorris; grandsons, Aaron Dorris, Matthew Dorris; granddaughters, Stephanie (Matt) Gatica, Casey & Sara Shelton,Morgan & Raegan Dorris; great-grandsons, Trevor Dorris, Kyler Gatica; brother, Russell Dorris; sister, Juanita Young. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Monday at Tulip Grove Baptist Church with Dr. Gearld Bontrager & Rev. Larry Dearth officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens. Active Pallbearers: Matt Gatica, Aaron Dorris, Matthew Dorris, Mark Scott, Greg Lay, Clifton Garrett, Tom Moore, Walton Crunk. Honorary Pallbearers: Charlie Fowler, Homer Scott & Agape Sunday School Class. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Tulip Grove Baptist Church Building Fund or Gideon’s International. Visitation with the family will be Saturday 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. & Sunday 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Hermitage Funeral Home & 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Tulip Grove Baptist Church.
