

He leaves behind his beloved wife Jean J. Woodstock, a tender, gentle, wonderful woman who gave him 4 great children, Alison Woodstock of Westbrook, CT; Laurie Woodstock of Old Saybrook , CT; Andrew Woodstock and his wife Rosemarie of Griswold, CT; and Leslie Jermainne and her husband Brian of Old Saybrook, CT; as well as 8 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; his brother Robert Woodstock and his wife Alberta of Jupiter, FL and sister Nancy Woodstock of Sonora, CA, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and lifelong friends with hopes that they live in peace, prosperity and plenty with grace and good humor.
Carl was born in New Haven, CT in 1932 and lived his entire life on the Connecticut shoreline between Clinton and Lyme. He graduated from Morgan High School in 1950, the University of Michigan in 1954, and the School of Pharmacy at UCONN in 1957.
He was a past member of the Masonic Lodges of Clinton and most recently of Old Lyme, CT, where he was once Grand Master.
He established the Old Lyme Pharmacy and Gift Shop in 1957 and owned it until his retirement in 1986.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Meals on Wheels of Old Saybrook, CT, of which Carl was an active member for many years.
It is the wish of Carl and Jean that a funeral service not be held at this time. Carl’s ashes will patiently await his beloved wife so that they may once again be together, intermixed and memorialized together, their bodies and souls walking together hand in hand through eternity.
