She was born on November 24, 1927, in Yonkers, New York, the daughter of Lawrence and Mary (Walder) Shea.
She was the widow of Robert Walsh.
Mrs. Walsh is survived by daughters Judy W. Geary and her husband, John Geary, of Duxbury, MA, and Moira J. Walsh of Old Saybrook, CT; grandchildren: MaryKate Geary of Rocky Hill, CT, Jennifer Geary of Stamford, CT, John Geary, Jr. of Boston, MA, Jane Sherwill of Westborough, MA, Andrew Sherwill of Bridgeport, CT, Emily Sherwill of Stamford, CT; sister: Laurie Hart, and her husband Patrick Hart of Port St. Lucie, FL; and nephews: Lawrence Travers, and his wife Fran Travers of Leesburg, VA, and Jack Travers, and his wife Chris of Lynchburg, VA.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, September 17th at 10am in St. John Church, Main St., Old Saybrook, CT.
