Robert C. Ianniello

He was born on March 2, 1937, in Brooklyn, NY.

Mr. Ianniello was employed at Electric Boat in Groton for 34 years. He was a talented mason and enjoyed landscaping. He had a great love of the outdoors and music. He was a loving father, honest, caring and hardworking. He was generous to many charities that were close to his heart, and enjoyed a nice glass of scotch at family gatherings.

Mr. Ianniello is survived by his wife Anna; daughters Barbara Burr, Patricia Ianniello and Janet Morrison and her husband Bruce; grandsons Michael and Steven Burr; great grandchildren Alexx and Kaity Burr; and his beloved pets Cleo and Papa Bear.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday November 22nd at 11am at Swan Funeral Home, 1224 Boston Post Rd., Old Saybrook. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, Old Saybrook. Calling hours will be held for two hours prior to the service on Saturday from 9am-11am at the funeral home.
