She was a wonderful person who put everyone before herself. She lived in Old Saybrook for almost 40 years. She worked in many places around the shoreline, from being the chef at Marty’s, the chef at the muffin corner, and then moved on to working at the Old Saybrook High School cafeteria. From there, she worked as the manager of the Middle School cafeteria. Anyone that knew her knew her love for cooking and helping other people. She is predeceased by her parents Joseph and Mary(Seftic) Roberts. She is also survived by many family members. Her kids Sharon, James, Donna, Heather and Jessica. Her grandchildren Scott, Joshua and Summer, great grand kids Carter, Riley, and Wyatt, her lifelong friend of over 50 years Josephine, and her lifelong friend Rosemary of over 60 years.
