Diana Louise Cote

She was a 1970 graduate of Old Town High School. Diana was a goofy, crazy, fun loving person with a great sense of humor who liked to joke with her daughters and grandchildren. She enjoyed shopping, yard sales, bingo, church dinners, and going on vacations. She will fondly be remembered for her funky leggings and the stories that she told.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years Michael Cote of Brewer; daughters Andrea and Michelle Cote of Brewer and Tonya Pickering and her husband Dave of Orono; grandchildren Tyler, Brooklynne, Brianna and Allison; her mother Althea Mitchell; 8 siblings Marie Stitham and her husband Martin, Kenneth Mitchell Sr. and his wife Vickie, David Mitchell, Ronald Mitchell, Steven Mitchell, Joseph Mitchell and his wife April, Michael Mitchell, and Rodney Mitchell; many nieces and nephews and her dogs Molly and Bella. She was predeceased by her father Kenneth and sister Gloria Mitchell.

A celebration of her life gathering will be conducted 5-7PM Thursday at Birmingham Funeral Home 438 Main St. Old Town. Memorial contributions may be made to the Old Town Animal Orphanage PO Box 565, Orono, ME 04473
