

Old Town, ME and CT—Jeremy Charles Dimmock, 24, died unexpectedly July 22, 2011. He was born June 22, 1987 in Rockville, CT a son of Gregory C. and Jaqueline A. (Asselin) Dimmock.
Jeremy loved the outdoors and often found solitude in the woods or by the water. He moved to Maine 3 years ago and said that he loved it here and was never going to leave the state. He enjoyed times at his dad’s farm in Bradford and enjoyed and cherished the many opportunities of learning outdoor skills with his dad including fishing, hunting, and four-wheeling. He also enjoyed target shooting and was a life member of the NRA. Jeremy loved his daughter Isabella dearly. He was currently employed at LaBree’s bakery and had many good friends there.
He is survived by his parents Greg and Jackie of Bradford, his daughter Isabella and his girlfriend of 3 1/2 years and mother of his child Kacia Poncini of Old Town; sister Jennifer Dimmock of Manchester, CT; maternal grandmother Marianne Asselin of Williamantic, CT, paternal grandmother Gail Dimmock of Rockville, CT and many extended family members.
The family would like to extend their gratitude and deep appreciation to DEEMI (Downeast Emergency Medicine Institute) and all volunteers, especially Julie and her dog Quincy who helped in the search for Jeremy and gave us the gift of closure.
