Betty Wallace Rich, 84, of Coldwater, MS passed away October 10, 2023. Mrs. Rich was born May 18, 1939 in DeSoto Co., MS to the late Winfred and Evielee Wallace. She was preceded in death by her sister, Kathryn Clark. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Bobby Rich; son, Ed Rich (Luanne); son, David Rich (Melissa); grandchildren: Joel Rich, Kelsey Rich, Katelyn Rich, Cameron Rich, and Brooklynn Rich; sister, Laura Wilkerson; and brother, Jack Wallace. Mrs. Rich retired from the State of Mississippi where she worked in the unemployment office. In her free time, she enjoyed working in her flower garden and spending time with her family. One of her greatest joys in life was being “Mammama” to her grandchildren. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Brantley Funeral Home on Monday, October 16, 2023 from 1-2 pm with a funeral service to begin at 2:00 pm. Burial will follow at Mt. Zion Cemetery.
