Charles Anglin, age 79 of Coldwater passed away Friday, December 13, 2013. He was born November 9, 1934 in Independence, Mississippi to the late Alva Burton Anglin, and Lena Gertrude Allison Anglin. Mr. Anglin was a self-employed dry-wall contractor. He loved his children and grandchildren with all his heart. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Anglin; two daughters, Shirral Rhea (Pete) of Olive Branch, and Shannon Bauman of Florida; his son, Charlie B. Anglin; his step-daughter, Brenda Billingsley (Jeff) of Southaven; His stepson, Kelly Powers (Dezarae) of Coldwater; his sister, Peggy Billingsley of Slayden, Mississippi; eight grandchildren, Emily, Ashley, P.J. and Eva Rhea, Billy and Sarah Bauman, Kirsten Billingsley and Brandon Powers; numerous nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch Tuesday, December 17 from 5-7 PM. Funeral services will be 2 PM Wednesday, December 18 at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Greenleaf cemetery.
