David Milton Sisk Jr., 45, of Conway, Arkansas, passed away September 15, 2013 at Conway Regional Medical Center. He is survived by his sons Dalton Lee Sisk and Dakota Levi Sisk of Plumerville, AR, fiancé Lindsey Tolleson also of Conway, his mother JoAnn (Ricky) Dunlap of Nesbit, MS. and his father David (Cathy) Sisk of Oakland, TN. He is also survived by four sisters Stephanie Sisk, Brandy Loftin, Christy Brown, of MS and Teresa Carter of TN, one brother Ricky Dunlap Jr. of MS. and many other family members and friends. There will be a gathering of family and friends from 5:00-8:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 19, and memorial services will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 20, all at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch, MS.
