Emma Louise Randle

Emma Louise Randle, 74, of Olive Branch, passed away Friday, August 20, 2010, at Baptist Hospital DeSoto. The family will receive friends at Longview Heights Baptist Church, 4501 Goodman Road, from 10-11 a.m., Monday, August 23, and funeral services will follow at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Autumn Woods Cemetery. Born in Blue Mountain, MS, Louise married the love of her life, John, in 1954, and they moved to Memphis in 1956 where they raised their family. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, and sister. She was a longtime member of Longview Heights Baptist Church. Mrs. Randle is survived by her husband of 56 years, John A. Randle; 3 sons, John E. (Tammy) Randle of Atoka, TN, Eric (Peggy) Randle of San Antonio, TX, and Tim Randle of Memphis; her mother, Dora Stricklin of Olive Branch; 3 sisters, Carolyn Gay of Walnut, MS, Peggy Langley of Olive Branch, and Norma Nunnally of Arlington, TN; and 5 grandchildren, Blake, Kayla, Karlee, Darren, and Marshall. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Association.
