This is what SHE WANTED TO SAY:

I met you in March 2001.
 
You and Ms. Dorothy had just purchased your 1st investment property in Mississippi.. 
You were looking for a renter.. 
Paul, your son, introduced you to Eddie Myers. Your future renter.

You had left the decision up to Eddie Meyers to choose who his neighbor would be. "Thank You God! He came looking for me."

While we were checking out the property, we sang the Mr. Rogers song, "Won't you be my neighbor!! (Thank You, Eddie!) 
We have sang that song on more than one occasion..

At that time…Little did I realize who or what God had crossed my path with…
(we butted heads on "a few" occasions.)

But I watched you and I listened.
 
I came to find you to be:

Honorable! A trait I don't seem to find much of in today's world.
 
You were Giving.  A trait I see "Too Much" of in our government. (which we talked a lot about.)

We shared a love for "horses." (They are Magnificent animals.) (on that, We did agree…)
Dogs: Yes! we have to have one or two or three.. Haha! Dogs are our saving grace. Raccoons: We have to connect to our surroundings! Haha..


You were "A Believer": not only in God, but in Me.. 
Every design I make, I will have you has a staunch reminder

I will never be able to go by a Danvers and not think of you.
Here's to the lunches we shared..

Another library has burned down.
 

You were better to me than I was to myself..
  
Thank You for all you have taught me. I Love you and will miss you in magnitudes.

I know Uncle James and Aunt Dorothy are together again.  Uncle James was truly a great man!  He was kind, smart and told wonderful stories.

Paul, we are all so sorry to hear of Mr Jackson's passing. You are in our thoughts and prayers. He was so much more than a patient to us.We know he and Ms Dorothy are together smiling again with our Lord. We felt truly blessed to have known both of them.

There isn't a kinder soul than Uncle James.  A great man, husband, father, uncle and friend, he always was caring enough to listen, caring enough to ask and follow up.  Very smart man on the farm or the ranch, with his TV repair business and when he was at Wm R Moore technical school as a professor in the field of electronics.  He 's gone to be with Aunt Dorothy and will be missed very much.  Our thoughts and prayers are with you Paul and we know you will call if you need anything.

Paul I knew your dad for a short time but I do know he was a great man of faith and never doubt his reward.  HE WANTED TO LEAVE this a better place than he found it and lived and played his life game in that fashion.  HE was saint in the faith.

Paul, our thoughts and prayers are with you at your time of loss. We loved your dad and he meant the world to us. Knowing he is with Jesus and with Dorothy comforts us and we pray for peace and comfort for you in the coming days and weeks ahead.

Paul, you have my deepest sympathies.  Papa James has now gone Home to his Maker & Ms. Dorothy.  May peace surround & comfort you during this trying time.  Papa James was a wonderful man whom I will never forget; I was blessed to have met him & have him in my life.  Much love.
