Janet Parks Joyner

Janet Parks Joyner, 71, of Olive Branch, MS went to be with the Lord Sunday, April 4, 2021. Ms. Joyner was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jerry Joyner; parents, Thomas Arthur and Essie Lou Parks; and siblings: Mary Marguret Wilkerson, Marie Mullikin, June Wigley, H.D. “Sonny” Parks, and T.A. Parks. She is survived by her son, Jeffrey Joyner; daughter, Jinger Kelley; son-in-law, John Kelley; grandchildren: Alicia Kelley, Alivia Kelley, and Lejay Joyner; sister, Betty Jo Morgan(James); and brothers, Wesley Parks(Betty Jean) and Wayne Parks(Glenda). Ms. Joyner retired from the US Post Office. After retirement, she enjoyed traveling. In her free time she liked to go camping, work in her flower garden, puzzles, and playing cards. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation Thursday, April 8, 2021 from 11-1 pm with a funeral service to begin at 1:00 pm. Both visitation and funeral will be held at LaBelle haven Baptist Church where she was a member. Interment will follow at Magnolia Cemetery in Collierville, TN
