Owens, Johnnie Dorothy Miller—Age 90. February 14, 2011 at San Augustine, Tx, formerly of Victoria, Ms. Preceded in death by husband James Sebrun Owens, and sister, Cora Miller Humphreys. She is survived by son, James S. Owens, Jr. (Connie) of San Augustine, Tx, daughter, Carolyn K. Carlisle (Greer) of Franklin, Tn.; grandchildren Emily Owens Landrum (Kevin) of Memphis, Jennifer Owens Munt (Thomas) of Chicago, Amy Elizabeth Owens of Houston, Jefferson Carlisle of Franklin, Tn, and Carson Carlisle Mastin of Chattanooga, Tn, and two great-grandchildren, Nicholas and Cooper Landrum of Memphis. Johnnie was an avid vegetable and flower gardener, quilter, crocheter, and cook, and she loved her cows. Her lifetime devotion was to her home, family and friends. She was deeply religious and was a lifelong Baptist. Visitation will be at 1:00 on Saturday, February 19, 2011 at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch, Ms., with a service to be held at 2:00. Interment will be at Memory Hill Gardens on N. Germantown Parkway
