Larry Gene Jackson, 78, of Memphis TN, passed away Thursday, July 18, 2013 in Southaven MS. There will be a gathering of friends Saturday, July 20, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. and service will immediately follow at 11:00 a.m. all at the Barton First Baptist Church in Barton MS. Interment will follow at the Barton First Baptist Church Cemetery. Larry retired from Mercury Printing Company. He is survived by his children Julie Carol Jackson and Michael David Jackson; loving companion Sara Crouch who cared for him. He also leaves his 2 brothers Sammy Jackson and Jerry Jackson; 4 sisters Mellodeene Banks, Norma Thomason, Joyce Blackwell and Annette Turner as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
