He was born on October 14, 1938 to the late Mr. Henry and Marian Barboza. PeeWee was preceded in death by a brother, Walter Barboza; two sisters, Adeline Barboza and Alice Williams.
He leaves to cherish his loving wife of 50 years, Berdine Moffitt-Barboza; a son, Donald Barboza (Roxanne) of Boston Massachusetts; seven sister in laws and five brother in laws. PeeWee also leaves behind five grandchildren: DeShawn, Dessi, Donald, Imani (Shervin), Donte; eight great grandchildren; a special niece, Australia Young; a special nephew, Marcus Milam, and a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 2:00 pm with visitation beginning at 11:00 am at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch, MS 38654. Burial will be at a later date at West Tennessee Veteran's Cemetery, 4000 Forest Hill Irene Rd. Memphis, TN 38125.
