Noel Glenis “Glen” Holcomb, 76, of Horn Lake, MS went to be with the Lord on Friday, December 1, 2023. Glen was born on April 25, 1947 in Gadsden, AL and grew up in Walnut Grove, AL. He served our country in the United States Navy during the Vietnam War. He was aboard the USS Intrepid for 2 years during the war and was proud to have served his country. He always had a smile to give no matter what his personal circumstances were. He loved being on the water and enjoyed sailing and fishing. Glen was a believer in Jesus Christ and a faithful member of Minor Memorial United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Eugene and Opal Holcomb; sister, Audrey Holcomb; brother, Carl Holcomb; and brother, Aubrey Holcomb. He is survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Rebecca Holcomb; daughter, Heather Cavallo (Jimmy); son, Zachary Holcomb (Allyse); grandchildren: James Cavallo, Henry Holcomb, and Peter Holcomb; and a brother, Joel Holcomb (Jackie). The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at Minor Memorial United Methodist Church on Thursday, December 7, 2023 from 12-2 PM with a funeral service to begin at 2:00 PM. Being from Alabama and a huge fan of the Crimson Tide, Glen would want to give everyone a final ROLL TIDE ROLL!
