Pamela Strange Lurie, 81, of Olive Branch, MS, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025. She was preceded in death by her father, Hal Strange, her mother Lil Strange, her brother Randy, her husband Mark Lurie, and her son Richard Center. She is survived by her daughter, Sonja (Andy) and her 3 grandchildren.
Pam was born in Smackover, AR. Her father’s job moved them to Forest City, AR where she graduated from Forest City High School. She attended college at Memphis State University. Three things that brought her great joy were reading, going on adventures with her husband Mark, and spoiling her grandchildren. After the death of her husband, Pam took over ownership of Ark Roofing, where, until recently, she held an active leadership role. Labelle Haven, her church home, held a special place in her heart.
