Robert “Pig” Lawrence Ellenberg, 82, of Southaven, MS passed away on March 15, 2026. Mr. Ellenberg was born on October 4, 1943, in Tupelo, MS to the late Pete and Dollie Ellenburg. He spent 50 years in the car business until his retirement. The last 20 years was at Country Ford. In his free time, he enjoyed watching the Ole Miss Rebels play and playing golf. He was known for being a great storyteller and people looked forward to seeing him to hear what he had to say. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Bo White; his first wife, Velma Ellenberg; and three brothers: Ricky Ellenburg, Gary Ellenberg, and Kenneth Ellenberg. He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Brenda Ellenberg; daughter, Tami White (Craig); son, Rob Ellenberg (Michelle); son, Bobby Irby (Robin); 5 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister, Shirley Partlow; sister-in-law, Jan Ellenburg; and nieces, Lindsey Piper and Heather Ellenburg. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
