William leaves behind his sisters Alice Barnes of Memphis, TN and Cathleen Barnes Johnston, his bother in law, Ken Johnston of Gainesville, GA., his brother David B. Barnes of Martin, TN, his nieces Karina Barnes and Isis Overton of Martin, TN, his nephew Anwar Overton of Martin, TN and his maternal grandmother Vivienne Dorris of Southaven, MS.
Will attended Fayette Ware High School in Somerville, TN and he graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville in May 2010.
Will had a wonderful smile a contagious laugh and a wicked sense of humor. He made the best chocolate peanut butter cookies ever. He loved football and hockey. His favorite teams were the Tennessee Volunteers, The Tennessee Titans and the Nashville Predators.
He will be missed every minute of every day.
Memorial services will be held Saturday January 31, 2015 at 4:00 PM at Grace Crossing Church 10576 Collierville Road, Collierville, TN 38017.
