Preceded in death by wife, Beverly Nielsen; son, David Nielsen; parents, John and Julia Nielsen; and sisters, Helen Linn and Mary Koenig. Survived by dog, Cindy; daughter-in-law, Susan Nielsen; daughter, Sally (Dan) Bacon; grandchildren, Karyn and Josh (Stephanie) Nielsen, and Scott, Stacey, Andrew, and Joey Bacon; seven great-grandchildren; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Memorial Visitation Monday, March 3, 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Westlawn-Hillcrest. Private Family Inurnment to follow.
