Lacy is survived by her husband, Justin Andrews; children, Sophia Hiatt, Grayson Wolf, Emma Andrews, and Chase Andrews; mother, June (Tyson) Thurman; father, Shawn Curtis; siblings, Shawn (Staci) Curtis II, Tara Curtis, Brandy Curtis, and Lindsey Curtis; grandmothers, Joyce Curtis and Judy Larimore; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends who loved her dearly. She is preceded in death by grandfathers, Gary Curtis, Ray Marlenee and Leslie Pope; and cousin, Rachel Marlenee.
Lacy touched many people with her beautiful smile and her infectious laugh.
