Dick passed peacefully on Sunday morning in the Josie Harper Hospice House after a 2-year battle with cancer. Preceded in death by parents, Jim and Lois Welch. Survived by Jim Welch, Cheri (Tom) Welch-Clark, and his beloved nephew Chris Clark. In lieu of flowers, the family ask that memorials be sent to Westside High School Alumni Foundation Class of 1967 or Nebraska Methodist Estabrook Cancer Center.
