Preceded in death by parents, Albert and Elaine Maller. Survived by sister, Linda (Bob) Johnston; niece, Janet Johnston; nephew, Bob (Michelle) Johnston; grand-nieces and nephews, Tyler (Samantha) Johnston, Cameron Anderson, Collin Johnston, and Eliza Anderson; great-great-nephew, Mateo Johnston; and many loving friends.
Bob entered the United States Army in 1970. Following his service, Bob managed Nasr's Restaurant where he found his second family. He then managed several retail stores. Upon retirement, Bob took a part time position in in-home health care where he expanded his second family.
Anyone who knew Bob knew he was passionate about cooking, gardening, and socializing over a good meal. He was the best brother, uncle, and great-uncle on this planet and he will be dearly missed by all who had the opportunity to know him.
