Scott is preceded in death by parents Milt and Eleanor. He was the young age of 61 and lost his 5-year battle with lung cancer peacefully at home, surrounded by family. Scott is survived by wife Wendy, daughter Erika {Bryan} Planck, son Nicholas Reicks, grandchildren Allison and Ethan Reicks. Sisters Barb Berg, Vicki Jennings, brothers Brent {Linda}, Brian {Cindy}, sister-in-law Deb Humphrey and many nieces and nephews. Scott loved the outdoors, tinkering in his shed, camping, fishing, boating and planning family campouts and trips. The last being a train trip through the Canadian Rockies combined with an Alaskan cruise. We were married for 38 wonderful years, and I miss him terribly every day.
