David was born in Southampton, New York, the son of the late David M. and Irma I. (Kuitunen) Jessup, Sr. He married Luise Catella.
David was a graduate of Morrisville Tech and was a self employed machinist. For a period of time he worked for Boeing Aircraft in Seattle, WA.
He was a veteran of the US Navy.
David will be sorely missed by his friends at No Place.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Luise Jessup; his children, John (Judy) of Great Falls, MT, and Jessica (Shawn) of Oneonta; his grandchildren, Van and Colby.
He is also survived by his sister, Elaine and her children, Melinda, Jamie, and Tammy, and four great nieces, and several cousins.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
