Jean S. Wade

A loving wife, mother, grandmother and "great-beebine", Jean is survived by her son and his wife, Frank and Beverly Wade, daughter and son-in-law, Joanne and Richard Bliss; grandchildren Jamie, Michaela (fiance Court Young), and Richard (fiance Nia Alecksynas) Bliss Jr, David and Beverly Kelly, Rebecca McCarthy, and Daniel Wade; great-grandchildren Rylee and Maverick Bliss and Wyatt Young; brother Robert Stubblebine, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Jean was predeceased by her husband Frank Wade, Jr and brother William Stubblebine.

She was our lighthouse when the wind and waves of life were fiercest.

Funeral services will be on Wednesday, May 25 at 2PM at the Milford Methodist Church with Rev. Randy Palada of the First Baptist Church in Oneonta, officiating.

In lieu of flowers, Jean, a devoted gardener, would want you to plant a colorful flower in your own garden or make a donation in her name to the Chestnut Park Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, 330 Chestnut Street, Oneonta, NY 13820.
